Not another editor to learn

Bluecut is the step you stop doing.

It is not a timeline, a template library, or an editing agency you have to manage. Record inside the app, tap send, and get a finished talking-head edit back.

No software to learn

No cut points, caption settings, or export menus waiting for you.

No file handoffs

Record and send from the same place. No transferring footage between apps.

1

One repeatable job

Make a coach-led talking-head video tighter and easier to post.

For people who would rather publish a strong video today than perfect one next week.

Why consistency falls apart

Recording is not stopping you. The hour after recording is.

You can say the thing. Then the file still has to be transferred, trimmed, tightened, captioned, exported, and posted. That extra hour turns a useful idea into another video sitting in your camera roll.

New clients never hear the idea

If you do not post, people cannot hear how you think—or decide they want your help.

Recording is not the hard part

You know how to explain the lesson. Turning the rough take into a finished post is the drag.

Editing breaks the habit

Every unfinished video makes the next recording feel less worthwhile.

The old way vs. Bluecut

One video should not cost another hour.

A very specific kind of video tool

For speed, consistency, and good-enough-to-post quality.

Bluecut is a good fit if…

  • You are a coach, consultant, educator, or expert
  • You record single-speaker talking-head videos
  • You want to post more often
  • You dislike editing
  • You prefer a strong post today over a perfect one next week

It is not a fit if…

  • You want frame-by-frame creative control
  • You make cinematic or multi-camera videos
  • You need detailed creative briefs followed
  • You expect repeated revision rounds
  • You enjoy editing your own content

Bluecut is not replacing every kind of editor. It is removing one repetitive job from your week.

Why I built Bluecut

I wanted posting to stop feeling like a second job.

I started Bluecut as a captioning project. Then I got stuck on a larger problem: a coach can record a useful idea in five minutes and still lose another hour making it ready to post.

I have spent most of the past year building a system that makes those routine editing decisions automatically. It is still early. That is why I am inviting a small group of coaches to test it closely and tell me where it fails.

Do not take the claim on faith. Send a real recording and judge what comes back.

Pioneer access

$5 a month. The catch is that I need your feedback more than your money.

The $5 price is temporary. It is for 20 coaches who will use Bluecut on real videos, flag weak edits, and help shape what gets built next.

Automation makes the price possible. Pioneer access makes it temporary.

$5/monthTemporary pioneer pricing while the product is early.
Up to 7 videos/dayA clear daily limit—not an “unlimited” promise.
Only 20 coachesA small group while Bluecut is being refined.
Feedback requiredExpect direct questions and short check-ins.
The catch: talk to me.
Test it. Say what is annoying. Point out bad edits. If you do not want to share your opinions, do not apply.
The honest answers

Questions you are probably already asking.

Is Bluecut an AI editor?
Bluecut uses automation to edit talking-head videos. You do not control individual cuts or open an editing timeline. You send a recording and receive a finished edit.
Why is it only $5?
Automation makes the workflow less expensive than traditional editing. The $5 price is also temporary pioneer pricing because your feedback helps improve the product.
Can I request revisions?
Bluecut is built for speed, not detailed revision rounds. During the pioneer period, you can flag bad cuts and failed edits so the product can improve. It is not a custom editing service.
What videos work best?
Single-speaker talking-head videos with clear audio, recorded inside Bluecut, up to 7 minutes long.
How long does an edit take?
The target is about 30 minutes. It is an estimate during beta, not a guaranteed delivery time.
Will Bluecut change what I mean?
The goal is to tighten your message without flattening your voice. Automatic editing can make mistakes during beta. That is one reason pioneer feedback matters.
Do I need editing experience?
No. Bluecut is designed so you never open an editing timeline.
Can I upload an existing video?
The current pioneer workflow is designed around recording and sending inside Bluecut.
What happens to my recordings?
Recording access and handling details will be explained directly during pioneer onboarding before you submit your first video.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Pioneer access is monthly. Email hello@bluecutapp.com to cancel.
